Degree: Technical BA/BS degree;

Experience: 5 years with bachelor’s degree;

Commensurate: High School diploma or associate degree plus a minimum of 7 years performing as a Network Operations Engineer supporting large, complex networks in a Network Operations Center environment;

Specific Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);

Multi-disciplined network engineer with experience maintaining and fixing wired, wireless, and mobile broadband solutions in response to network faults, errors, incidents, and problems.

Provides touch labor for all network devices.

Oversees monitoring of network assets per SLAs.

Performs break/fix and maintenance activities.

Monitors network dashboards, analyzing problems, troubleshooting escalated incidents, coordinating, and reporting all operational information concerning the enterprise network infrastructure.

Provides subject matter expertise for LAN, WAN, firewalls, and other network technologies. Investigates and diagnoses incidents to restore failed network services as quickly as possible.
