Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social services with supporting individuals who have history of street involvement and/or individuals with low income.
Understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, the Housing Services Act, Ontario Human Rights Code, and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
Property management experience including lease administration, rent collection, and unit turnover management.
Experience with group facilitation and an understanding of group dynamics.
