Need to be comfortable operating a electric pallet jack to move pallets of material on and off the truck using an electric tailgate

Must be physically fit to hand tarp bins

Customer service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with metal recycling processes and materials is an asset

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of metal materials to and from our recycling facilities.

Operating an DZ-class Straight Truck to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies

Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit

Performing manual tarping if necessary

Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working condition

Completing accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation
