Sales Manager - Joybird

A top-performing sales professional with a passion for coaching and developing others.

Passionate about modern design, home furnishings, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Previous retail sales leadership, key holder, or supervisory experience preferred.

Experience in luxury retail, home furnishings, or design-focused sales is a plus.

Experience managing in a retail environment with a strong focus on sales.

Base Pay

: $58,500 - $88,450 per year

Commission & Bonus:

UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 2% on Joybird Sales. Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on achievement of AOP written sales.

Assisting with daily store operations and ensuring the showroom reflects Joybird's modern, elevated brand.
