Responsibilities
As the Director of Medical Services at Blackbird Health, you'll serve as a key member of our leadership team, overseeing the medical aspects of our behavioral health services.
Reporting to the VP of Medical Services, you'll lead a cohort of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals—providing both administrative and clinical oversight to ensure excellent patient care.
You'll develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, personalized, and comprehensive care.
This is a unique opportunity to shape clinical excellence while mentoring the next generation of pediatric mental health providers in a fast-paced, growing organization.
About the Company
Blackbird Health is clinician-founded, owned, and operated by dedicated professionals. We believe that providing the best care for children starts with building the best possible team. At Blackbird, we take a whole-child approach, looking at how the brain, body, and behavior interact to address the root causes of challenges, not just the symptoms. Every role matters here, and you’ll join a collaborative, supportive, and innovative team that’s shaping the future of pediatric mental health care. If you’re passionate about helping children and families while growing your career, Blackbird is the place to make an impact.
