Product UX Specialist

Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Law, Business, Library Science, or other relevant fields

Technical writing experience would be an asset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing

Ability to communicate complicated information in a succinct way that users can understand

Understanding of conversion optimization, consumer psychology, and online marketing

LawDepot.com is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Product UX Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive web products and services that are helpful, easy to understand and a pleasure to use for our 24 million plus yearly visitors. A primary responsibility will be improving the usability of our products by refining the structure and readability of our interactive questionnaires. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.

Develop interactive product questionnaires that customers fill out to create customized legal documents

Write and edit text to make the creation of legal documents simple and easy for our users

Collaborate with our Legal, Design, Development and QA departments to create powerful, interactive web products that are optimized for conversion

Gather and sort through quantitative and qualitative data to determine problem areas and opportunities for improvement across web products
