Responsibilities
This is a newly created senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end product and site quality within our High Voltage High Power division.
The primary objective of this role is to drive continuous improvement in quality across the entire product lifecycle from design through manufacturing to customer delivery, while leading the shift to a standardized, data‑driven, and scalable quality operating model that supports customer expectations and future growth.
This role goes beyond traditional quality management.
It requires a leader who can align with and execute strategy, build scalable quality systems, and elevate organizational capability, while remaining sufficiently hands-on to drive change in a long-tenured, people-centric design and manufacturing environment.
Full quality oversight across all manufacturing locations (internal and external)
Define and deploy a consistent global product and site quality framework
