Responsibilities
The Senior Product Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping complex, system-level design solutions that elevate user experiences across Flo’s app.
Working within the User Centric stream on a 0→1 product initiative, this role combines deep expertise in interaction design, systemic thinking, and visual craft with the ability to architect scalable frameworks and influence product direction.
As a senior individual contributor, the Senior Product Designer tackles the most challenging design problems, sets the quality bar for the team, and ensures designs are accessible, inclusive, and emotionally resonant.
They collaborate across product, engineering, research, and content disciplines, raising craft excellence and contributing significantly to Flo’s overarching design vision.
10+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications.
Portfolio demonstrating systemic design, advanced interaction design, motion and micro-interaction expertise, and measurable product impact.
