High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution is an asset
Previous experience in security, law enforcement or a related field is an asset
Strong skills in Office 365 and other Windows based environments
Strong observational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Compensation & Benefits
Working Conditions:
Monday to Friday / Hours 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
Indoor Workspace, Some Outdoor Patrols and Inspections are required
Expeditors Dress Code is required; along with safety vest is required when walking in warehouse

Responsibilities
The position is responsible for completing administrative tasks for the distribution product at the Warehouse Employee Entrance. The position responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring an access point, verifying credentials, and enforcing company security policies. The role assists in ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete administrative tasks assigned by / on behalf of the Distribution Manager and Security Manager
Monitor and control access at the designated entry / exit point
Verify identification and credentials of employees, visitors and contractors
Maintain Visitor Management System and issue access badges as needed
