Requirements

8+ years of experience in a business consulting/learning and development or organizational development role at a multi-national organization.

Undergraduate degree expected, advanced degrees welcome.

Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate training and workshops.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on learning program effectiveness & to work with data to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.

Experience in designing and delivering learning programs across different employee demographics and an understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is a plus.

Ownership and growth mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines with a logical, methodical approach to prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Consultant, Learning & Development. This role is based in our Chicago, US office as part of the Agoda People Development & Performance (PDP) team. We are a team of professionals who scale capability development from the individual employee to organizational level, provide systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine and help Agoda achieve its business goals by keeping out talent upskilled and engaged.

The objective of this role is to support organizational capability-building initiatives by assisting in the design, development, and implementation of impactful learning solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with team members of the PDP team, business stakeholders, Agoda & Booking Holdings Brand companies leadership to support learning programs, analyze learning needs, and ensure effective execution of development initiatives. This role will allow you to gain exposure to business challenges while contributing to the growth of employees and teams through structured learning solutions.
