Requirements
2+ years of experience in a quantitative or analytics-driven environment with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical techniques.
Strong expertise in SQL and strong experience with Python and/or PySpark for large-scale data processing and ETL design.
Hands-on experience with Airflow and modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, including performance tuning and optimization.
Strong background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and building production-grade BI and analytics solutions.
Proven experience working in Business Intelligence, Data, or Analytics teams delivering scalable, self-serve reporting and analytics platforms.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, engineering) with a strong academic foundation.

Responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of automated, scalable, and high-performance reporting infrastructure and analytics solutions used across multiple teams.
Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and BI dashboards, setting technical standards and best practices for the BI Engineering team.
Partner closely with Analysts, BI Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into well-defined, self-serve analytics solutions.
Continuously monitor, validate, and improve data quality, reliability, and performance across BI systems; proactively identify and resolve root causes of data issues.
Perform deep-dive and exploratory analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities, delivering clear, actionable, and prescriptive recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Optimize queries, data models, and compute resource usage to improve scalability, cost efficiency, and performance.
