PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Analyst Lead

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM.

Experience in leadership roles.

Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Payroll modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.

Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in SQL and PeopleSoft Query for data analysis and reporting.

Experience with PeopleSoft WorkCenters to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.

Work Environment

Full time, on-site at a secure government facility.

Normal office conditions.

Core time of operation are Monday - Friday between 9AM - 3PM.

May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.

responsible for the leadership of design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of PeopleSoft HCM Payroll. This role is central to ensuring accurate, complaint, and efficient, payroll processing for our customer. As part of this initiative, you will lead the collaboratation with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams to design and implement Payroll solutions, including Payroll WorkCenter deployment, integrations, and reporting.
