Senior IT Contract Specialist

Minimum 7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

Proven track record of successful negotiations and vendor relationship management.

In-depth knowledge of procurement and contract management principles and practices.

Familiarity with the ServiceNow Platform.

Develop and implement contract management strategies to optimize the contract lifecycle process and ensure timely and accurate execution of all procurement activities.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent performance, delivery, and value for the organization.

Lead high-stakes negotiations with vendors to secure the best possible pricing and terms, maximizing value for the organization's spend.

Collaborate with senior leadership and internal departments, including legal and finance, to understand their procurement needs and address any concerns or discrepancies with vendors.

Establish and oversee a comprehensive system for monitoring and evaluating vendor performance, promptly reporting any issues to management for resolution.

Identify and engage new vendors, coordinating efforts with the Legal, GRC, and Security teams to evaluate capabilities and ensure compliance.
