Technical AI Sourcer - Fury Team

8+ years of experience sourcing specialized Engineering and/or AI talent across a range of highly technical domains.

Experience hiring in one or more of the following domains: robotics, AI, embedded systems, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or defense

Ability to manage multiple high volume pipelines while maintaining exceptional candidate communication

Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) to manage the recruiting process efficiently
