Requirements
7+ years of experience as an FEA Engineer, preferably in consumer electronics, wearable devices, or a related industry.
Proficiency in using FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar.
Strong understanding of solid mechanics principles, including stress, strain, elasticity, and plasticity.
Experience with linear and non-linear static and dynamic analysis.
Experience with model validation and correlation with test data.
Experience with FEA simulation of wearable devices or small, complex electronic products.

Responsibilities
Develop and validate FEA models of components and assemblies using appropriate software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
Structural Analysis:
Perform linear and non-linear static and dynamic analyses to evaluate stress, strain, and deformation under various loading conditions
Drop Test Simulation:
Simulate drop test scenarios to evaluate product robustness and identify potential failure points.
Use FEA results to guide design optimization and improve product performance, reliability, and weight.
