4+ years of experience in a supervisory role within an automotive paint shop.
Bachelor's Degree. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
In-depth knowledge of all paint shop processes, including pretreatment, e-coat, sanding, manual sealer applications, paint quality inspection, and paint repair.
Proficient in managing and optimizing Process KPIs to enhance operational efficiency.
Skilled in budget tracking and understanding financial metrics to align with production objectives.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
