Possess knowledge of APIs, identity and access management, cloud platforms, and system dependencies at a strategic level.

Proven ability to translate business needs into platform requirements and coordinate implementation with internal teams and vendors.

Skilled in vendor and contract management, change planning, and ensuring platform reliability in high-pressure environments.
