Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Learning & Development Programs Manager, reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, to join our L&D Team at Loenbro University. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs that support employee growth and organizational success as we scale and grow.  The Learning and Development Manager will lead our L&D programs through all stages of creation to implementation, work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.  In this role, you will be working with Loenbro's leadership team to promote leadership training, mentorship programs, non-technical training, and other development opportunities while maintaining high quality standards.

Visionary for instructional design and course development; ILT, ELT, job aids, and assessments.

Ensure all training programs align with company policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, values, and culture; ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Lead direct reports and manage their schedules, project timelines in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.

Evaluate and suggest recommendations from course assessments and training feedback to ensure performance metrics are met and continuously improve learning programs.
