Execute the entry of traffic instructions of commercial copy with a high level of accuracy while providing exceptional customer service to clients, agencies, and TEGNA stakeholders

Assist in confirming commercial copy from all delivery systems, FTP, and outside sources

Retrieve necessary information regarding traffic instructions and materials, view materials for quality control, and ensure material locations (in the material server and in WideOrbit) are up-to-date and accurate

Ensure commercial materials are received and downloaded by the daily deadline

Work closely with internal (Station Sales Departments) and external (businesses, production houses, and advertising agencies) customers in a professional manner

Build and maintain relationships with the TEGNA Commercial Operations (TCO) teams and TEGNA Streaming Center (TSC)
