You can navigate Salesforce and Google Workspace like a pro, and love uncovering workflow efficiencies.
You have a knack for uncovering and analyzing data to drive decision-making, and treat your revenue forecast like it’s your personal budget.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below.
Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band.
Our compensation decisions are based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.

Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to inspirationally coach, develop and support a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers for our US team which serves teams across multiple professional and NCAA DI sports.
This role will report directly to the Sr Sales Director.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll:
You’ll help inform colleges, universities, professional teams and national federations of our solutions, and directly influence revenue growth on the front lines.
Own revenue lines in your territory
You’ll be responsible for the engagement and implementation of our products, and be accountable for your team.
