Requirements
Post secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analysis, or related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
2-3 years of experience in supporting application.
Ability to write basic SQL to help with support issues.
Experienced with working with multiple business areas within a company
Experienced with multitasking on issue tracking and coordinating.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager of Retail Applications, this individual is responsible for managing their Retail application portfolio. The role is individual contributor tasked with completing enhancements and providing operational support at level 3 for PDI Retail and other Retail systems. This position collaborates closely with Senior Leaders and Sunoco\u2019s various Retail business units to ensure that business processes are streamlined and aligned with application functionality, best practices, automation, and system security. The specialist is also responsible for helping during major issues in key retail applications.
Act as a escalation point (Level 3) to independently investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex retail applications and batch process issues, reducing downtime and improving system availability.\u00A0
Serving as the primary technical liaison with PDI vendor during P1 critical production outages.\u00A0
Collaborating closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders (Finance, Price Book, Inventory, etc.) to translate technical issues into clear business impacts.\u00A0
Collaborating with project team to create comprehensive "runbooks" and knowledge base articles for new features, ensuring the support team is prepared for Day 1 deployment\u00A0
Providing advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues on complex troubleshooting and PDI-specific operational workflows.\u00A0
