The SCI PT Supervisor manages the physical therapy team for the spinal cord injury program.

Patient care responsibilities commensurate with operational needs of the unit/service line.

We deliver individualized, patient- and family-centered care tailored to each patient’s neurological level of injury, medical condition, and personal goals.

Collaborates with the Therapy Manager for the staff development and disciplinary processes.

Orients and onboards new staff to the unit and program.

Prepares performance appraisals, with direct manager, for therapists, assistants, and aides assigned to them.
