Compensation & Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000 - $108,000

This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations in our Clifton, NJ location. The Inbound/Internal Transfers Operations Manager will ensure the Clifton facility's inbound and internal transfer processes operate safely, efficiently, and accurately. This role will prioritize workplace safety, oversee inbound freight scheduling, receiving, put away accuracy, internal stock movements, and dock-to-stock cycle times to maintain high service standards and inventory readiness for downstream operations.

Safety, dock-to-stock Efficiency, inbound inventory accuracy, internal transfer accuracy & timeliness, and people management.

Lead Inbound & Internal Transfers – Serve as the senior leader for all inbound functions (unloading, inspection, put away) and own internal stock transfers between zones/buildings/sister facilities, including scheduling and documentation to keep materials flowing.

People Leadership & Development – Mentor and coach inbound team leaders and supervisors; set clear expectations, create development plans, provide ongoing feedback, and build a high-performance, accountable culture.

Inbound Labor Planning & Productivity – Optimize staffing for inbound peaks and container/truck schedules using forecasts and internal tools; deploy labor to demand, meet productivity KPIs, and address performance gaps quickly.
