A minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
1-2 years of outbound sales experience that includes prospecting experience identifying and qualifying sales opportunities while articulating product value propositions via phone and email

Responsibilities
As an Outbound Account Executive (AE) at BambooHR, you will be responsible for driving account acquisition by targeting accounts and working with your BDR to generate enough pipeline to hit your quota and cultivating relationships with all pertinent stakeholders within target accounts.
Your goal will be to maximize sales into new accounts and become part of the customers' long-term business solution.
You will identify customer needs and configure appropriate offerings from our services to meet those needs.
Expanding the top of the funnel by complementing centralized marketing campaigns with your own prospecting efforts.
Developing relationships and alignment across multiple levels, including C-level executives, influencers, and relevant personas.
Driving sales execution by using BambooHR's sales process to close new logo business.
