Senior Engineer - (On-site)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required or equivalent years of experience.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.

Strong understanding of networking technologies, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

Strong understanding of low-voltage cabling and data center configuration best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.

Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with a strong client-service orientation.

The Senior Engineer will provide expertise and consulting services for IT infrastructure projects. This position will provide deep technical expertise in networking and systems administration, as well as the ability to influence and guide both internal teams and client stakeholders through complex system upgrades and architectural changes.

Serve as lead for on-site and remote technical management at customer locations.

Provide mentorship to the on-site professional services engineering team.

Deliver expert on-site support for networking and systems administration in alignment with the client’s IT upgrade initiatives and system conversions.

Provide strategic consultation and expert technical guidance in IT infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture.
