Responsibilities
Working as part of our Property Services team, you will undertake a range of roofing repairs, planned maintenance works and emergency call-outs, ensuring homes remain safe, secure and weatherproof.
Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance to occupied and void properties across Birmingham.
Repair and replace roof tiles, battens, felt roofing, flat roofs, chimneys and leadwork.
Install and repair guttering, downpipes, fascias, soffits and roof ventilation systems.
Respond to emergency roofing issues, including storm damage and roof leaks.
Identify roofing defects and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
