Recruiter (3-month Contract)

3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume, contractor, hourly, staffing, or operations hiring.

Experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines with excellent organization and attention to detail.

Experience in staffing, marketplace, BPO, or large-scale contractor recruiting.

Experience with ATS optimization, recruiting operations, or recruiting analytics.

$40–$50 per hour

We are looking for a highly driven, resourceful, and execution-focused

to support one of Workstream's highest-priority initiatives: scaling our Video Contributor contractor programs.

3-month contract engagement

In this engagement, you will lead high-volume contractor recruiting with an immediate focus on rapidly expanding our in-office Video Contributor program in Menlo Park, while also supporting broader domestic and international contractor hiring initiatives as project priorities evolve.

You'll collaborate closely with recruiting, operations, project managers, and cross-functional partners to help scale hiring capacity and support ambitious production goals.

The ideal recruiter is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to source candidates, manage pipelines, optimize recruiting funnels, and improve hiring processes while thinking strategically about building repeatable, scalable recruiting systems.
