3-5 years of professional experience recruiting top-notch technologists
Deeply experienced with managing a pipeline of candidates from initial engagement to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers to kick off novel searches from scratch
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a no-job-too-small attitude
Motivated self-starter who can prioritize tasks effectively and turn ideas into action
Humble about what you know and don’t know; not afraid to ask questions and admit mistakes
Able to exercise discretion with internal and external communication
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technology Recruiter to help us identify, interview, and hire experienced candidates across our Engineering teams in our New York office. You’ll work on a variety of technical roles, from perennial hires like software, IT, and networking roles, to novel hires in areas that we’re expanding.
People and relationships drive our recruiting approach. You’ll partner with hiring managers to develop search strategies, and collaborate with our external recruiting agencies to supplement our traditional pipelines. You’ll also help active candidates navigate our hiring processes. We prize the quality of these relationships and trust them to help us reach our goals; we avoid a strict reliance on numbers and targets.
