Business Analyst (Mass Tort)

1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations, or a related role.

Coding experience (e.g.

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide in-depth, digestible, and visual insights using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.

Build workflow automations and execute ad hoc data management projects to enhance efficiency of case operations

Ensure data integrity and SOP compliance by designing systems to monitor case activity
