Requirements
4+ years of product management or workflow design experience in healthcare technology, population health, or care management.
Experience with healthcare operations (physician practice, care management, health plan operations)
Ability to define and analyze success metrics, explicitly linking leading indicators to ultimate outcomes to demonstrate ROI.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills; able to gather diverse input and translate it into actionable solutions.
Jira fluency, including writing user stories and epics independently.
Strong grounding in UX and UI principles, with the ability to translate workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $110-140K
