Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial, coordination, marketing, events, or client-facing role (gaming, entertainment, or hospitality experience is a plus).
Demonstrated strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-oriented and business mindset.

Commercial awareness and interest in revenue-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities
The VIP Relationship Manager supports the commercial strategy by building strong working relationships with customer VIP management teams and assisting in the delivery of high-impact VIP initiatives. The role focuses on driving high-value player engagement, revenue growth, and product awareness through coordinated VIP activities, events, and targeted promotions.
Responsibilities:
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for customer VIP management teams, supporting ongoing collaboration and communication.
Coordinate VIP-focused commercial initiatives aligned with revenue and engagement objectives.
Support relationship-building efforts that strengthen the supplier’s position with operator VIP teams.
Plan, coordinate, and execute VIP player events (online and offline), including tournaments, promotions, hospitality, and experiential activations.
