Shift Manager (Nights)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years in a technical manufacturing continuous improvement environment with a High School Diploma).

Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably with direct people management.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and plant operations.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Experience with plant sanitation practices and OSHA safety standards or certifications.

Production Efficiency:

Lead multi-line teams to efficiently convert materials into quality products in a safe, sanitary manner, meeting product design specifications.

Change Management:

Implement and recommend changes in methods, equipment, or systems to achieve operational goals using a Continuous Improvement mindset.

Supply Excellence (SE):

Lead or support SE Pillars, including Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Autonomous Work Teams (AWTs), ensuring accuracy in reliability data collection.
