Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Store Segmentation:
Develop clustering and tiering strategies to ensure the right product mix, depth and capacity for every store format and market.
Premium Assortment & Product Advocacy:
Act as the Regional Voice of Retail.
You will champion AMER-specific consumer needs to influence the global assortment, ensuring our product mix elevates brand storytelling and aggressively grows our apparel and accessories share.
Foundational Infrastructure & Process Optimization:
Team
You will lead and grow a high-performing AMER Retail Merchandising team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and high performance.You will serve as the "cross-functional glue" between Global strategy and Regional execution. You will partner deeply with Regional Retail Leadership, Visual Merchandising, Store Ops, and Finance to ensure the AMER region has the tools, process, and inventory it needs to win.
About the Company
The Experience:
6+ years in Buying, Planning, or Allocation within large-scale, lifestyle or premium retail. You have a proven track record of scaling or transforming retail fleets during a high-growth phase.
Category Mastery:
Deep expertise in Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories. You understand the distinct lifecycles of performance and how to manage them within a vertical retail ecosystem.
The Builder Mindset:
