Service Advisor - Collegeville, PA

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a technical or training-related field.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB Overview:

The Service Advisor  will support our Training Facility, which provides webinars, seminars, and eLearning courses to customers on cranes and crane maintenance. This role is pivotal in promoting our training programs, engaging with potential and existing customers, and driving sales to ensure our training offerings reach a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement:

Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote webinars, seminars, and eLearning courses on cranes and crane maintenance.

Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our training programs.
