Backend Engineer [Senior], ClarOps (Ingeniero/a Backend Senior, ClarOps) - Remote

We're looking for a

Senior Backend Engineer

to lead backend development initiatives within the

ClarOps

team. This role goes beyond coding: you’ll help shape technical direction, foster engineering best practices, and ensure the performance and scalability of backend systems that directly support Clara’s operational efficiency. You’ll also mentor junior developers, influence architecture decisions, and work cross-functionally to tackle some of Clara’s most impactful challenges.
