Requirements
Experience developing dashboards, reports, operating metrics, executive-ready summaries, or leadership review materials required or strongly preferred.
Familiarity with technical operations, manufacturing, quality, CMC, supply chain, regulatory, or regulated business environments preferred.
Responsibilities
The Manager, Executive Operations provides business operations support to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and members of the Manufacturing & Operations leadership team.
Additionally, this role may also support other Executive Leadership Team members.
This role enables effective execution across Manufacturing, CMC, Quality, Supply Chain, Site Operations, and related technical functions by maintaining leadership dashboards, reports, operating metrics, and executive-ready summaries; tracking goals, milestones, key performance indicators, and project risks; coordinating cross-functional initiatives; and supporting continuous improvement of departmental processes and operating procedures.
