Requirements
• Investigate customer complaints that involves bus operators and provide a follow up response
• Conduct internal investigations as required as per collective agreement
• Perform Cleanliness Audits of Motor Coaches
• Provide operational support to agencies
• Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or General Educational Diploma (GED)

Responsibilities
• Ensures sufficient staff resources, materials and supplies are on hand at all times
• Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures
• Adheres to company safety programs in compliance with Legislative requirements, Bus Operators Manual and the Collective Agreement
• Coordinates coach cycling scheduling with Controllers
• Issuance of Operational and Safety Bulletins
• Conduct on-road performance evaluations

ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:
The Operations Supervisor Northwest Region is required to provide guidance to motor coach operators and enforce policies, practices and procedures in the application of organizational directives and collective agreements. The incumbent is also required to interact frequently with Department Heads, key customers, agency partners and union reps within the motor coach department. This position will be the main point of contact for Motor Coach Operations between Sault Ste. Marie and Winnipeg. and will be the main point of contact for all service operating on the weekends.
