2+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or customer relationship management.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Previous operations or service management experience is a plus.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.

The Business Development & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in growing and supporting our commercial janitorial business.

This position combines business development with account management and operational support to drive new client acquisition while ensuring exceptional service delivery for existing commercial accounts.

This individual will partner with clients and Certified Business Owners to maintain service excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and support continued business growth.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and cold outreach.
