The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00.

The Parts Counter Representative role is primarily responsible for shipping and receiving operations while supporting parts sales to customers at the counter, through the service department, and over the phone.

This position plays a key role in inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Manage shipping and receiving of parts, including packing and processing outgoing orders

Pull and fulfill orders for customers and the service department

Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Oversee parts sales from order to fulfillment
