Working with the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will help implement impactful programs and resources, fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Collaborate with the global L&D team to support learning programs and resources

Administer our Learning Management System (LMS), including configuring workshops, uploading self-paced content, tracking attendance and completion, and managing learner communications

Collaborate on monthly newsletters and program related communications

Support the contracting process with external training vendors

Generate and update reports on L&D metrics

The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 (USD) , which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
