As a Flex Part-Time Personal Trainer, you will deliver personalized, expert-led, performance-driven coaching experiences while building and growing a thriving client base within a structured, part-time schedule.

Expected to ramp to approximately 40 sessions per month

Client Growth & Management:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships that drive long-term retention

Deliver personalized coaching experiences informed by Equifit and the EQX OS methodology, creating programs tailored to each client's individual needs, wants, and goals

Grow your client base through exceptional coaching, relationship building, and proactive member engagement
