Responsibilities
Own platform health, roadmap, demand management, and operational standards across Microsoft 365 collaboration services, messaging, and licensing.
Serve as primary service owner for stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and continual service improvement.
Stay hands-on with selected administration, troubleshooting, and optimization while coordinating managed service providers, implementation partners, and internal specialist teams.
Partner with Cybersecurity, IAM, Cloud Engineering, SharePoint, Intune, Architecture, Procurement, and Service Delivery to deliver secure, scalable collaboration services.
Set the governance, standards, and metrics that keep services reliable and Games-ready.
7+ years administering and supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise services, with expert-level administration of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 licensing.
