Key Requirements
Domain Knowledge
- Clinical
Requirements
Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) program required
Clinical experience in cancer care is an asset
De Souza or ONS Chemotherapy certification is required (at hire or within 6 months of hire)
Blood & marrow transplant experience preferred
Oncology certification with CNA preferred (or commitment to obtain certification required)
