Payment Operations Team Lead

3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a related field

Proficiency with financial systems; experience with QuickBooks is a plus

1-2 years of proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within accounting operations, finance, or a related field

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in payment and reconciliation

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within finance, accounting, or logistics is highly preferred

Salary:  $65,000 - $80,000

Brand Payments Team Lead

plays a key role in managing and supporting essential processes within the Brand Payments function.

Serving as the second point of contact for Brand Payments Associates and Senior Brand Associates, this role provides guidance, escalates issues to the Supervisor, and ensures operational efficiency.

Core responsibilities include training new Brand Payment Associates, reviewing escalations from the Brand Payment Associates and Brands, and supporting a wide range of payment and operational activities.

The Brand Payments Team Lead will also collaborate with the Team Lead on special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements—making flexibility and openness to new tools essential.

Serve as the second point of contact for Brand Payments Associates, escalating issues to the Supervisor as appropriate.
