8+ years of experience in benefits administration
Thorough knowledge and depth of experience of employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Experience working with large, diverse workforces in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Ability to scale a benefits program as the business scales
Automotive experience is a plus, not a must.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $120,000.00 - $145,000.00

Responsibilities
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Partner with HR leadership and benefits brokers to design, implement, and manage competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness, etc.).
Oversee day-to-day benefits and wellness administration, ensuring compliance with ACA, ERISA, IRS, DOL, COBRA, HIPAA, and related regulations, including nondiscrimination testing.
Manage all leave of absence (LOA) programs (FMLA, parental, personal), ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate payroll coordination, and positive employee experience.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, resolving issues and providing guidance on benefit plan usage, enrollments, and corrections.
Work directly with carriers and vendors to ensure enrollment accuracy and timely issue resolution.
