Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing Department and ensuring the effective execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Senior Manager will serve as a central point of coordination for marketing requests, event support, and brand‑related activities. This position works closely with business units, senior leadership, and external partners to deliver high‑quality marketing materials and experiences that support the company’s strategic goals.
Marketing Operations & Workflow Management
Manage day‑to‑day Marketing operations to ensure smooth and efficient departmental workflow.
Oversee all incoming requests through the marketing mailbox, ensuring timely responses, proper routing, and clear communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for miscellaneous marketing inquiries and ad hoc needs across the organization.
