YOUR TOOLKIT
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects simultaneously
Proficiency with event management and marketing tools including HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and event registration platforms
Compensation & Benefits
The range is based on Vancouver-derived compensation for this role. Placement within the salary range will be determined based the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, qualifications, training, education and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage EarthDaily's annual events calendar, aligning event investments with pipeline goals, brand messaging, core value propositions, and go-to-market priorities
Ensure all events support brand awareness, recognition, and sales activity outcomes
Define event objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and budget requirements for each event and present plans to marketing leadership for approval
Research and evaluate new event opportunities — including industry conferences, trade shows, corporate-sponsored events, and digital/virtual programs — to identify those with the highest strategic value across verticals (agriculture, insurance, mining, government, and risk)
Partner with Sales and Line of Business leaders to ensure events are integrated into broader campaign strategies and regional go-to-market plans

Our global, enterprise-wide team represents a variety of business lines and is made up of sales, marketing and support professionals, data scientists, software engineers, project managers and finance, HR, and IT professionals.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing Communications, the Marketing Events Manager is accountable for planning, executing, and measuring EarthDaily's global events program — including trade shows, industry conferences, corporate-sponsored events, customer summits, webinars, and virtual experiences.
This role is critical to elevating EarthDaily's brand presence, aligning events to core value propositions and messaging, and driving both brand awareness and measurable sales activity. The Marketing Events Manager ensures every event strengthens market recognition while generating qualified pipeline and deepening relationships with customers, partners, and prospects across key verticals.
