Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inbound sales environment, ideally with a combination of phone and chat experience.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals/quotas.
Experience fielding leads via inbound channels (inbound calls and chat preferred).
Prior sales experience is essential.
Responsibilities
Connect with inbound prospects via phone and chat to convert them into new business for ZipRecruiter.
Proactively engage in outbound dialing and emailing to nurture leads and develop new business opportunities.
Manage an active pipeline of prospective customers, assuming responsibility for the entire sales cycle: opening, appointment setting, presentation, and close.
Demonstrate strong closing and negotiating skills to secure new accounts.
Maintain an enthusiastic, optimistic, and resilient approach to sales.
