Corporate Legal Internship - Summer 2026

Required Qualifications:

Currently  pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Law or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in both your major and overall.

Proficient in general computer skills as well as Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment and is self-motivated.

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications

Must be willing to work in person in both our Jericho, NY and Wall St. office.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $20 - $23 per hour. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.

Draft board resolutions, corporate governance docs and related materials.

Ensure corporate compliance and initiatives keep pace with our growth and developments in the law, regulations, and corporate policy.

Support investigations and partner with teams, including HR and internal audit committees, to ensure that reported concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated, and where appropriate, implement suitable corrective and remedial actions.

Collaborate on special projects and respond to ad hoc requests as needed.
