Requirements

5+ years of content design or UX writing experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional product work.

Hands-on fluency with AI writing tools and a track record of using them to accelerate content work.

Bonus if you've designed content experiences that are themselves AI-driven.

Experience in at least one of: payments, financial services, loyalty programs, or partner/marketplace products.

Comfort navigating regulatory and technical constraints.

You can hold the big picture (how does this touchpoint connect to the rider's broader journey?) while nailing the details (is this microcopy accurate and on-brand?).

Responsibilities

Lead content design strategy and execution for our central design team.

Own the end-to-end content experience across Lyft Pink, Lyft Cash, Pay with Points, Rewards Hub, and our partner programs (United, DoorDash, Mastercard, Alaska, Hilton, BILT, Chase).

Navigate regulatory and technical constraints while keeping experiences simple, trustworthy, and on-brand.

Bring AI fluency to content work.

Use AI tools (Figma Make, Claude, and others) to accelerate your own workflow.

At the same time, help define how AI shows up in Lyft's content experiences, applying the same rigor to AI-driven surfaces as to any other part of the product.
